Restoration of the Mill

Since 1989, the building of the House Mill has been restored, with financial support from:

• English Heritage
• The Stratford Development Partnership (City Challenge)
• The Lee Valley Regional Park Authority
• The Passmore Edwards Museum Trust
• Messrs. Hedges and Butler
• Tesco Stores Limited
• The London City Action Team
• The Government's Urban Programme

The façade of the Miller's House has been rebuilt and fitted out as a Visitor and Education Centre, with financial support from the European Regional Development Fund, the Urban Programme and the Stratford Development Partnership.

The Trust is seeking to raise the funds to restore the eastern set of wheels and machinery to enable the operation of the machinery to be demonstrated.
